Horizon is a residential community developed by Rawson Communities, located in the heart of the exciting growth precinct of Marsden Park. When Rawson Communities engaged Bench Creative to develop the strategy, name, brand and marketing communications, they were looking to stand apart from neighbouring property developments in this highly competitive market. Bench began by exploring the unique physical aspects of the site including it’s elevation and views to the Blue Mountains. Bench flipped the perceived disadvantage of an obscure location into an advantage, playing on the concept of exploration and finding future potential. This formed the inspiration for the name and identity.
